Marleny Gomez started Pochi's Bakery from her home in Miami, Florida in 2024. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu with the Grand Diploma in French Pastry & Cuisine in 2023, she came back to Miami to continue to grow her business. In her free time she enjoys being creative by exploring new hobbies such as painting and writing. She loves taking on new challenges and growing! Her dream?
